Our professional artists offer tattoo services, which may include custom designs, consultations, and aftercare instructions. Availability of services is subject to appointment scheduling and artist availability.

 

3. **Pricing and Payment**

 

**Pricing**: Prices for tattoo services are listed in dollars and may vary based on the size, complexity, and time required for the design. Prices are subject to change without notice.

**Payment Methods**: We accept all major credit cards or cash for payment. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

**Deposits**: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure an appointment for tattoo services. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the service.

**Final Payment**: The remaining balance for services must be paid upon completion of the tattoo session.

 

4. **Appointment Policies**

 

- **Booking**: Tattoo appointments can be scheduled via Vagaro or by contacting our shop directly. Appointment confirmation is subject to approval by our staff.

**Rescheduling and Cancellations**: Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

**No Shows**: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be charged the full cost of the service or will not be invited back.

 

5. **Health and Safety**

 

- **Tattoo Eligibility**: Clients must be 18 years or older to receive tattoo services. A valid ID is required for age verification.

**Health Conditions**: Clients must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or medications before receiving services to ensure safety. Linear Tattoo Studio is not responsible for adverse reactions if medical information is withheld.

**Consent Forms**: Prior to receiving a tattoo, you will be required to sign a consent form acknowledging the risks involved and providing your medical history.

 

6. **Tattoo Design and Process**

 

**Custom Designs**: We offer custom tattoo designs based on client consultations. Clients will have the opportunity to approve the final design before the tattoo session begins.

**Artistic Discretion**: Our artists maintain the right to refuse any design that they deem inappropriate or unsafe. Artistic changes may be made during the process to ensure the best outcome for your tattoo.

 

7. **Aftercare and Responsibility**

 

Once your tattoo is completed, we will provide detailed aftercare instructions. It is the client's responsibility to follow these instructions carefully. Linear Tattoo Studio is not responsible for infections, complications, or damage to the tattoo that results from improper aftercare.

 

8. **Refunds and Touch-Ups**

 

**Refunds**: Due to the custom and permanent nature of tattoo services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

**Touch-Ups**: We offer one complimentary touch-up within 3 months of your tattoo appointment, provided that proper aftercare was followed. Touch-ups beyond this period or due to neglect may incur additional charges.

 

9. **Intellectual Property**

 

All content, including tattoo designs, images, logos, and other materials on this Site, are the property of Linear Tattoo Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

 

10. **Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability**
